J Kristensen Associates is retained by firms seeking to maximize their budgets while reducing overhead expenses. The JKA team provides administrative support services that include office administration, business development, executive coaching, technical writing, recruiting and temporary office help. The firm has worked with a variety of clients, both large and small representing government, entertainment, security, healthcare, real estate, law firms and service organizations.
In addition to providing administrative support services, JKA also assists agencies with their supplier development objectives. JKA provides training and support services for M/W/BE firms that range from contract administration, bids and proposals, working with government agencies, job costing, subcontracting, teaming and compliance.
The firm’s President, Jean Kristensen was the recipient of the Eileen C. Dugan Public Service Award, and was a participant at Women’s Entrepreneurship Summit in 2002. Prior to founding J Krisentensen Associates, Ms. Kristensen was Chief Executive of the largest minority and women owned Security Guard Company in New York City. She served on the board of the National Minority Business Council, and was a member of the American Women’s Economic Development Association, The Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce, Professional Women in Construction and The Chairman’s Circle.
