During this webinar, we will review the recordkeeping and reporting requirements for Contractors doing business with the City of New York. Contractors are required to retain all books, records, and documents created in the regular course of business for a period of six years after the receipt of their last payment. We will discuss the requirements for recordkeeping, the documents that need to be maintained and best practices for keeping this information. We will also talk about reporting requirements and review the process for preparing and submitting invoices, processing payment requisitions, and change orders.
